What Causes Osteoporosis and Ten Changes You Can Make to Reduce Your Risk of Osteoporosis

By John Mericle M.D. Ten Simple Lifestyle Changes You Can Make to Reduce Your Risk for Osteoporosis Stop or decrease your meat intake. Stop or decrease your dairy intake. Decrease or eliminate sugar from your diet. Cut back on processed foods. Eliminate highly acid vinegars. Decrease or stop caffeine. Stop smoking. Cut back or eliminate alcohol consumption. Start a weight bearing exercise program. Get plenty of sunshine or supplement vitamin D. The myth that osteoporosis is caused by calcium deficiency was created to sell dairy products and calcium supplements. There's no truth to it. American women are among the biggest consumers of calcium in the world, and they still have one of the highest levels of osteoporosis in the world. And eating even more dairy products and calcium supplements is not going to change that fact. - Dr. John McDougall Discussion: The ingestion of milk causes the blood to become acid ie -pH less than the normal 7.43. The body corrects this via the calcium phosphate balance which requires mobilization of additional calcium into the bloodstream to correct the acidosis. This calcium is obtained by removing it from the bones. Thus, it is no surprise that milk causes a total body calcium loss. This is not new information and is well discussed with reference to the original studies in John Robbins's book "Diet for a New America." Amazing as it sounds, the ash (residue) from any animal protein that finds its way to the bloodstream is so acid that the homeostatic mechanisms of the body that maintain the pH of the blood at 7.43 are immediately invoked. The prime mechanism to accomplish this (as noted above) is the calcium / phosphate balance in the bloodstream. Since calcium acts as a base (can correct an acid condition of the blood) the body pulls calcium from the bone to offset or correct the acidosis caused by the acid residue from the animal protein (this includes dairy/milk). Over time the continuing ingestion of animal protein leads to significant loss of bone mineralization and eventually clinical osteoporosis. Ingesting more calcium is a very simplistic approach that more often than not does not help. The problem is that supplemental calcium seldom finds its way to the bloodstream and the body will continue to remove calcium from the bone since this is the pathway that mother nature has established. As a diagnostic radiologist I had many an occasion to see calcium tablets of all varieties totally undissolved on abdominal radiographs. Treating osteoporosis with additional calcium is like replacing the wood in a termite infested house without eradicating the termites. The only effective (and extremely simple) answer is to just not consume animal protein. One of the other complications of the increased mobilization of calcium is kidney stones. The incidence of kidney stones is considerably increased in those who consume animal protein. The Bantu women, who are exclusively vegan and live off of a completely plant based diet in central Africa, get less than 350 mg of calcium in their daily diet. Yet, there is no osteoporosis in these women since they do not ingest any animal protein. This is also true for many women in the more remote portions of mainland China. All the new imaging devices for measuring bone density are really a large technological waste of time and money. If you consume animal protein you are at risk for osteoporosis -period. Just take some of the money you would spend to have your bone density measured and go out and buy some good organic veggies. You and your bones will love you for it. Osteoporosis is not gender specific. Although more women than men are affected, men also have osteoporosis. I once knew an Ultrasound technician in his thirties who had osteoporosis. Recipes: The following recipes are good sources of calcium from totally natural sources as well as recipes that avoid the foods that cause osteoporosis. For those of you outside of the US the need for organic foods is not as critical since the destructive commercial farming practices here have not reached the rest of the world -yet. This is especially true in Europe where a tomato, I am told, still tastes like a tomato. Black bean burritos, tostadas and tacos. Prepare some organic black beans refried style as in the MericleDiet or however you like to prepare your beans. Obtain some organic tortillas, taco or tostada shells. Drop some refried beans into or onto one of the above and add some chopped lettuce, cabbage or onions. Black beans and onions really make a good burrito. Wrap the tortilla around your filling and garnish with salsa and maybe some more cabbage or lettuce. If you like, you can fry the burrito to make what we used to call a "Cindy Special" from an old Mexican restaurant here in Tucson. The frying is however not without its caloric burden, although it makes for a real taste treat. Other good sources of calcium are organic kale, collards, broccoli, bok choy and tofu. A fresh spinach salad makes a nice addition to this meal and a lot of organic greens really are excellent sources of calcium that the body can utilize. I have been told that, although spinach is high in calcium, it is also high in oxalic acid which is alleged to bind the calcium thus limiting its absorption. However spinach is still a good bet since it has been shown to retard the development of macular degeneration. Summary: Osteoporosis is not a disease of calcium absorption but is a proactive disease caused by ingesting foods that upset the acid/base balance of the body thus requiring calcium to be slowly but constantly leached from your bones in order to keep the blood (pH) normal (7.43). No amount of ingested calcium will correct the problem as long as one continues to destroy their bones by eating the wrong foods. The answer is to simply stop the destruction of your bones by significantly reducing or completely stopping the ingestion of animal protein. We hope you find this informative. Risk for disease goes up dramatically when even a little animal protein is added to the diet." T. Colin Campbell Ph.D. (Author of The China Study). Remember the Bantu women. The MericleDiet. Top 10 Resume Writing Tips to Get You the Interview

By Kathleen MacNaughton There are many reasons why you could be in the market for a new job right now. Perhaps... ==> You just graduated from high school--or even better, college--and youre ready to strike out on a quest for your first "real" job. ==> Your worst fears finally manifested and youve been downsized. ==> Youre bored with the career path youve been on for the past few years, and youre ready to strike out in a new direction. ==> You want to change jobs (within your field) for better salary, benefits, or chance at promotion. Whatever your motivation, a powerful resume is essential. In truth, a resume alone wont get you that dream job youre craving. Not even if you implement every resume writing tip you can get your hands on! But a great resume will get you in the door for an interview. It will make you stand out as a superior candidate for the job youve applied for. And that achievement is huge, given the fierce competitive nature of todays job market. Not only that, but a well-crafted resume will put the decision-maker you meet with in a hiring frame of mind. As long as you dont blow the interview, youll have a great shot at that job! Digest and apply each resume writing tip below as you craft a powerful resume that will make all the difference in your adventure to land a job! POWERFUL RESUME WRITING TIPS: 10 Steps to Success Resume Writing Tip #1: Gather your background materials. To complete your resume, youll need to know your dates of employment at each of your previous jobs and when you went to school. Youll also need to be able to describe your skills and accomplishments on the job, so put some thought into those areas. Resume Writing Tip #2: Decide on a format. Before you can start writing a resume, youll need to decide if the functional or chronological format will work best for you. Remember, you want to put yourself and your abilities in the best light. Resume Writing Tip #3: Put together a general outline. A resume outline will help you get organized and will prevent you from overlooking any essential pieces of information that should be included. Resume Writing Tip #4: If your resume is targeted at a specific employer or career path, learn all you can about what they need. Spending time on this research will help you with your resume, with the cover letter that goes with your resume, and with the upcoming interview. Make sure you know what qualities will most benefit the employer and think about how your abilities match those qualities. (Read another resume writing tip on how to target.) Resume Writing Tip #5: Plan, plan, plan. Before you actually start writing, spend time just thinking about how youll present yourself in the resume. What is your objective in seeking a job? This objective should serve as a sort of bulls-eye to structure your resume around. What have been your most significant accomplishments? Youll want to highlight them. What unique qualities do you bring to an employer? Think in terms of benefits. Also think about the resume design youll use, the fonts within, and the resume wording . Resume Writing Tip #6: Start writing, following your outline. Take your time. Use a lot of action words . Be concise. Dont use "responsibilities included" or "responsible for." Its a waste of space. Use bullets, rather than long paragraphs. Resume Writing Tip #7: Cut and paste your content into your resume template. If youre at this site, youre probably not an experienced, professional resume writer. So, take a resume writing tip from a pro. Use a resume template . There is no reason why your resume must look amateurish. Resume Writing Tip #8: Review, edit, and proofread like a maniac. One of the biggest resume mistakes is typos or grammatical errors. These errors may seem trivial, but they can cost you the interview, and ultimately the job. After all, if you cant be bothered to make sure that your resume is 100% accurate, what guarantee is there that your job performance will be high caliber? Resume Writing Tip #9: Get someone else you trust to look at it. It can be really helpful to get someone who knows you to look at your resume. Not only are they more likely to catch simple errors, but they may point out strengths youve missed or underemphasized. Tell them you want their honest opinion and youre open to questions. Use their input to clarify your resume. Even if you write your own resume, you may want to think about getting a professional to do a resume critique . Resume Writing Tip #10: Send it out into the world. The more resumes you submit, the more likely you are to get an interview. Dont put all your eggs in one basket by applying for only one job. And, dont be afraid to take some risks and apply for a job youre interested in, even if you dont quite match all the qualifications. Most employers ask for many more qualifications than they absolutely require. Hopefully, at least one resume writing tip on this page has given you some food for thought. But dont stop your training here! Kathi MacNaughton, a freelance writer and editor, has years of management and recruitment experience. Rental Contracts

By Jimmy Sturo A rental contract is a written or oral agreement between a landlord and a renter or tenant. A rental contract creates the legal relationship between the two parties. A renter has to abide by the rules specified in the agreement, without being in any way harmful to the premises or the neighbors, as per most of the rental contracts. The terms and conditions of a rental contract are subject to the local jurisdictions, statutes, and ordinances. If you are about to sign a rental agreement, the first thing to do would be to go through the agreement very carefully. Remember that it is a legal document and you cannot take it lightly. It is always preferable that you interpret your rental contract with the help of a lawyer, who may be able to understand it better. Another thing with rental contract is that you should never enter into an oral agreement. This can cause problems later on, if one party were to interpret the agreement differently from the other. It is always advisable to have rental agreement is in writing. Generally speaking, rental contracts fall under two categories; fixed term rental contracts and periodic or month to month agreements, with each having its own advantages. Most rental agreements are of the fixed type. They allow the renter to occupy the premise for a specific period of time. They usually include sub clauses with rules governing what should be done if the renter had to vacate the premises before the expiry of the contract. Periodic agreement too has its own advantages, one of them being that it is flexible. A renter can, say for instance, terminate the agreement at any point of time when he desires. Landlords too can do the same and could even raise the rent as and when they wish. Whether you are a landlord or a renter looking for shelter, it is important that you are armed with at least the basics of rental contracts, before you sign an agreement. You can find great information on rental contracts by visiting online resources dedicated to the subject. Contracts provides detailed information on Contracts, Business Contracts, Legal Contracts, Employment Contracts and more. Contracts is affiliated with Divorce Legal Forms. Panic Attack Medication: What Is Best For Me?

By Mike O'Brien If you are one of those living with panic attack symptoms, you know it can almost take over your life. Living with the fear that you will have to suffer through another period of grief, pain, and discomfort is sometimes enough to bring on a panic attack. When it comes to treating a panic attack, some medication have been known to significantly reduce the symptoms, enabling people to continue living a life that is not ruled by the fearful unknown. The following provides information about some of the most effective medications available to consumers. Alprazolam (al-PRAZ-zo-lam) This medication is one of the more common prescriptions for general anxiety treatment. It is a benzodiazepine, which is used to treat short term panic attack symptoms in many people every day. This medication is not meant to treat ongoing and daily forms of a panic attack, but is very useful to people who experience these symptoms periodically. Azapirones (a-zah-PIE-ronz) Azapirones is a drug which works on the central nervous system by relieving the many symptoms of anxiety. This drug can be found in many antidepressants and is the reason many people who normally would not take antidepressants do, because of their panic attack symptoms. It is used to calm the nervous system, putting it somewhat into sleep mode. Benzodiazepines (ben-zo-die-AZ-a-peens) This is a tranquil medication, used to help fight anxiety and insomnia. The drug is very potent, and a fear of becoming addicted to it is shared with both physicians and patients. For extreme cases of anxiety, this is the medication most commonly used, but its also something that can significantly alter your mood or personality if not used properly or for longer periods of time than prescribed. Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) These are a newer type of anti-depressant introduced into the US in the 1980s beginning with Prozac. They work differently to traditional antidepressants and they do so by increasing and assisting the brain to maintain levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin which is often found to be low in people sufferering from depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety and panic disorders. Which Medication to Use The severity of the panic attack, will influence which medication a physician will prescribe for you. Remember that you should not determine which medication to use. It is essential to consult a doctor about what is best for you. Using someone else's medicine may help your symptoms in the short term, but in the long run you need a solution for long term results. Taking someone else's medicine for your undiagnosed panic attack would be considered as being very irresponsible. Because of the nature of the problem your doctor will probably prescribe more than one medication over a period of time so as to ascertain what is best for you. Using the least amount of medication to control your panic attack symptoms is the most beneficial, so most doctors will recommend starting with a low dosage and work their way up from there until the best solution is found. Mike O'Brien offers advice and information about panic attack medication. If you or a loved one is suffering from a panic attack you will find quality information in this article and on this site. Marketing to Women: Don't Waste Our Time

By Wendi Moore-Buysse As a woman, there are many ways to keep me from doing business with you. One is to send me email spam; like most people, I dont like that. Another way is to send teenagers to knock on my door to sell your product; if I dont recognize the person knocking, I wont answer. These are typical annoyances for most people, however, the #1 way to keep me from doing business with you may not be. I personally have a very low threshold for people who waste my time. My time is precious, and if you are wasting it, you are done. Recently, I was looking for a particular hard-to-find product. Luckily, I found it on the internet and then went on to find a company that sold it dirt cheap. So I called this company to make sure they had it in stock. I was told by the customer service person that, yes, indeed, they did have the product and it would ship out within 24 hours. How exciting! Not only did I find it, but I could have it within 4 or 5 days if I paid more to have it shipped express, so I did. This was going to work out perfectly because we were leaving town for two months and I wouldnt have to deal with it from another state. Well, a whole week went by and the product was still not here. So, I sent the company an email asking when they shipped it. The email that I got back from them said that this item was discontinued and I would not be receiving it, but would I still like to pay for it? What??? I called to make sure they had it in stock and they said they did. So now they are saying they dont? How could that have happened? Why didnt they tell me it wouldnt be shipping? Wouldnt they have known within 24 hours if they wouldnt be shipping it? Thats what they said they would be shipping it within 24 hours. I called and talked with the customer service person and asked her all these questions. She admitted that she did not have access to tell me whether they had that product in stock. She lied to me. Boy, was I mad. First of all, they wasted a whole week of my time, and then they lied to me. Two strikes against them big strikes. The third strike came when they asked if I would still like to pay for it. Of course not!! I sent them an email telling them that I would not be doing business with that company any more and that its companies like theirs that make internet businesses look bad. Now, I realize that most people would not be pleased after going through an experience like this. My point here is that as a woman, a mother, a wife, a business owner, and in my home the event organizer, the nurse, the coach, the cleaning lady, the gardener, the bill-payer, the dish washer, the laundry lady, the shopper, the cook, etc., (you get the picture), I do not have time to be dealing with businesses who do not take care of their customers. I do not have time to deal with anyone who wastes my time. Period. I sometimes go to a great extent to make sure I am doing business with a company I can trust. They have to prove to me that they will help me get my jobs done on time. They have to help me save time, not waste it. They also have to be truthful and work out of integrity. This is so important. Now, I have been around people who give businesses second and third chances. They arent as intense about timeliness, integrity, and truthfulness as I am. As a woman, thats how I am. I have a whole list of things I need to get done every day and I dont have the time or the patience to horse around. So, for anyone who owns a business and wants to market to women the biggest tip I can give you is (please) make sure you dont waste our time. Because if you do, youre done. Sex with an Ex - Don't Go There!

By Joanne B. Parrotta There you are once again, home alone on a Friday night watching reruns and feeling a little bit lonely and sorry for yourself. Your mind starts to wander back to the good old days when you and your ex were still together. You remember how nice it was to cuddle and make love on the couch. Its been six months since the break-up and you havent found anyone better. Maybe he/she wasnt that bad after all. So you talk yourself into giving your ex a call and inviting him/her over to watch an old movie with you. One thing leads to another and pieces of clothing start coming off. After its over, you wonder what just happened and what it means. Does this mean were back together? I dont really want to get back together. What was I thinking? Maybe we can be friends with benefits until one of us meets someone new. Does this scenario sound familiar? I regularly get asked if sleeping with an ex was a bad idea. Of course, the answer is It wasnt the wisest choice you could have made. Sex with an ex, either out of loneliness or for old times sake, is tempting. You know each other so well. Whats to worry about? Sex with your ex will confuse you and prevent you from moving on with your life. Besides the possible emotional effects, consider the fact that your ex has been single for a while and may have had sex with someone else, no matter what he/she tells you. Sex with an ex is more complicatedand possibly more dangerous to your healththan you might have thought. Dont do it! And if youve done it in the past, dont let it happen again. Period! Sex is a powerful thing. Satisfying an urge while sacrificing your self-worth or your health is not worth it. When thoughts of sex with your ex enter your mind, do whatever you have to do to get over themtake a cold shower, go for a run, call a friend. Save yourself from heartache; dont allow your libido to take over your brain. Bad Debt Homeowner Loans Exploit Source of Cheap Finance

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tim_Kelly]Tim Kelly Bad debt is no longer considered as a big impediment in taking a loan as modern day consumerism has entrapped almost every borrower and lenders know it. Lenders therefore have designed bad debt homeowner loans that are provided without enquiries and approval also comes fast. There are no restrictions from the lenders on using the loan. The borrower can put bad debt homeowner loans to various usages like home improvements, paying medical, education, holiday or wedding bills or the loan can pay off debts as well. Bad debt is that debt which the borrower is now unable to pay off easily. This means the borrower surely is labeled as bad credit in the loan market. But bad debt or bad credit does not come in the way of availing bad debt homeowner loans as the loans are essentially secured loans. You have to provide your home or any valuable property as collateral to the lender. As the lender has secured the loan, he can offer even greater amount of loan at lower interest rate despite bad credit. Under bad debt homeowner loans, lenders can provide 5000 to 75000 for a larger repayment duration ranging from5 to 30 years. This means there are many years ahead for the bad debt borrower when he can recover financial health. What is more, bad debt homeowner loans are cheaper as interest rate is kept lower. So interest rate wise the borrower feels no burden in returning the loan. Since you have a bad credit, the lender may ask for documents of your income and employment or any source of income just to take note of your repayment capability. Though you have secured the loan, still lenders would like to escape the time and money consuming repossession route and so repayment capability plays a role. Since you already have debts, ensure that you do not borrow an amount beyond your repaying capacity. The loan should not turn into another debt. Instead of rushing to the first lender you notice, make comparison of different interest rates and terms conditions of as many lenders. This way you are in a sound position of making a beneficial deal. Apply to an online lender who process and approve bad debt homeowner loans fast. Surely borrowers can have desired amount of bad debt homeowner loans and that too at lower interest rate. As you gradually pay off the loan installments, your credit score also improves. This loan is an opportunity for improving credentials. Plastic Surgery Financing: Cheap And Affordable?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Nicola_Kennedy]Nicola Kennedy Although the advances in technology makes plastic surgery accessible to loads of people, the cost of certain complex procedures is still on the higher side for some people. Thankfully, plastic surgery financing renders such procedures affordable to those who might otherwise renounce the option of surgery due to high expense. Since cosmetic surgery is not covered by health insurance schemes, financing is the only way to cut down the cost of certain expensive procedures. Several financing options are available to patients. Patients may either opt for easy installment schemes offered by the surgeon or may acquire credit from outside sources. However, it is imperative that the patient puts in a diligent effort to conduct preliminary research, in order to find the best possible financing plan. Plastic surgery financing is available irrespective of complexity and length of the procedure. However, the monthly installment may vary, depending on the total cost of the procedure and time required to repay the loan. Moreover, its always nice to have a good credit rating, since that aids heavily in acquiring the much needed loan for the surgery. It might be the case that you wont have to fish around for a credit source. Most reputed surgeons have liaisons with plastic surgery financing firms, which make the loan application and approval process a cinch. However, it is advisable to explore all possible options for finance, and then opt for the one that has a suitable rate of interest and installment scheme. Its true that plastic surgery financing can provide you access to those fabulous cosmetic surgery procedures, which might otherwise seem pricey. But in search for a cheap and affordable option, you must not compromise on the expertise and experience of the surgeon. After all, what would you gain by paying less, if the surgery is an unsuccessful endeavor? Therefore, your primary goal should be to search for an expert surgeon and then look for financing. Marketing Your Business Using CD Business Cards

By Andy Carr CD Business Cards have become of the most widely heralded marketing tools used today. Why? Because quite simply they work. The information delivered on such a small disc and the overall impact is unmatched. (Plus they're really cool to hand out.) Over the last few years some very interesting changes have taken place in this e-card market. With the introduction of CD business cards, CD-R business cards and shaped CDs, companies from industry and manufacturing to service and retail have put together some incredible multimedia presentations. In basic terms, CD-ROM Business Cards are mini CDs that can be programmed to deliver multimedia presentations, product catalogs, video infomercials, Web sites, links, resumes and much more. They are a fabulous way to bring new visitors to your business or Web site. If used properly they can deliver a much higher ROI (return on investment) than conventional marketing. We have found the following has proven successful for a number of our clients. Keep it simple: The CD Business Card has the power to deliver a high-impact, full-blown media presentation with sights, sounds, bells and whistles. In my experience it is best not to overdo it. Grab the customer's attention with a brief introduction, get your point across and provide a URL link and contact info. Don't get involved in a presentation that takes 15 minutes to view, unless you know they want to view it. Make sure the card is self-executing, so all the viewer has to do is insert the CD into their ROM drive sit back and view the presentation. Contests: Although CD cards are intriguing enough by themselves, you can ensure the prospective client will view its contents by using the card to run a contest. Simply code the discs with a series of numbers and encourage the viewer to visit your Web site or location to check for the winning number. Direct mail: If you plan on using the CD card as a direct mail piece, personalize each CD label or presentation by using the prospect's name or company name. This may prove more time consuming, but the end result will be well worth the effort. Track results: Make sure to code the URL links and e-mail address on all your CD cards so you can track the results. The simplest way to do this is to add a tag to your e-mail or URL - mailto:info@cardiscs.com?subject=CD or [WEB SITE]. Use CD-Rs: Test the waters before making a large investment by using CD-R business cards. The great thing about using recordable CD biz cards is you don't have to make thousands at a time; you can burn 25 to 50 on your own burner, test and retest the results until you find a presentation that delivers the desired result. Consider the shape of the discs: CD business cards come in two shapes, 1) the standard rink shape straight top and bottom curved sides (it resembles a hockey rink.) 2) the rectangle shape all four sides have straight edges (it resembles a credit card.) Based on my experience some customers are hesitant to put a rectangle shaped disc in their ROM drive, even though they are safe, have been tested and used for a few years without incident. I usually use the rink shaped discs so I don't risk eliminating potential viewers. Andy Carr is the president of Citiscape Shapes. A supplier of CD business cards for the last 8 years. Quick Guide to Flies Used for Fly Fishing

By Richard Chapo Fly fishing is a niche area for the overall sport of fishing. Unlike niches in other sports, it is very unique when compared to the more popular angling. The mere name of fly fishing suggests something very different. No, it doesnt have anything to do with elevating yourself. Instead, the fly in the name refers to the thing used to tempt the fish to strike. While hooks and bait are important in all forms of fishing, the nature of flies for fly fishing has taken on a life of its own. For beginners, it can be downright intimidating, so here is a quick primer. A fly is a combination of a hook and bait. In this case, the bait is usually an artificial mish mash that is designed to look delicious to the particular fish being targeted. To you and me, it often just looks like a ball of fur and color, but who are we to argue with the fish? In reality, the idea with the fly is to mimic the favorite bait of the fish in question, which is often a bug of some sort. There are many ways to categorize flies. I prefer to go with simplest first. The first categorization is the dry fly versus the wet fly. What is the difference between them? The wet fly is intended to sink under the water once you have cast it into the water. The dry fly is intended to sit on the top of the water, much like particular bugs do. While this may sound like a fairly simple and logical explanation, it often becomes problematic in the real world. With the continuing evolution of flies, some dry flies actually are intended to end up under the waterline. That being said, lets not confuse things too much! Now things get messy. Long ago, the actual names for particular flies were logical and made common sense. A steelhead fly was obviously to be used for catching steelhead fish. Many flies still carry the name of their intended bait, but a vast new line of flies does not. Fortunately, many of this new group carry at least some portion of the fly or bug they are supposed to imitate. Such names include nymphs, mayflies and caddis to mention a few. As to the rest of them, the names appear to come from the Star Wars version of fly fishing and your guess is as good as mine. So, how do you select your flies? The best method has been around for over a hundred years ask! The best fly depends on the fish you are going after and the conditions during that time of the year. The only way to get this information is to talk with people familiar with the area or by chatting up the locals at the closest fishing equipment store. The chaps issuing fishing licenses can also be very helpful. Rick Chapo is with NomadJournals.com - makers of fly fishing gifts.
